We are on the looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for our well reputed client company located in Kelaniya

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve sales strategies.
• Communicate directly with overseas principals to align sales goals and expectations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
• Professional qualifications in the related field.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media applications.
• Excellent command of the English language and a valid driver’s license.
