SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Senior Executive – Channel Development for our client company.

The selected candidate is responsible to support the development, management, and expansion of company’s dealership and service network across Sri Lanka, and for coordinating dealership operations, dealer onboarding, operational compliance, business development activities, and network performance monitoring across assigned territories.

This role acts as a key operational and coordination link between Head Office and the company’s dealership, pocket dealership, and service provider network while ensuring operational consistency, commercial growth, and compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in dealership operations, automotive sales, business development, or network operations
• Strong understanding of dealership operational structures and channel management
• Experience handling dealer relationships, operational coordination, or field operations preferred
• Ability to manage operational compliance, reporting, and dealer performance monitoring
• Good understanding of sales operations, customer service standards, and dealership workflows
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to travel island-wide for dealer visits, inspections, and operational support
• Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM platforms
• Exposure to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and EV operations preferred
• Experience supporting dealership setup and operational readiness activities preferred
